My suggestion would be to run it. You may find that after you run it, it
is running.
If that fails, please provide slightly more information about your
problem, my psychic powers must be dwindling.

Hi,
I recently upgraded my server hardware and upgraded vpopmail as well,
and decided to use mysql instead of cdb which my current system uses.
I read in README.MySQL that it's possible to convert cdb to mysql

I copied one of the old domains to the new

I'm running this on FreeBSD 4.3-STABLE, the qmail install is vanilla

Anyone got any ideas? I'm flummoxed.

I installed vpopmail for the first time and found everything to be working

think it is possible. I would love it if someone who knows would

I recently converted from cdb to mysql. I just used the vconvert program

It is my understanding that |0| is the port number for the mysql server.
Is it possible that this port number is different in this/my design?
If you have a default MySQL setup, the port SHOULD be 3306.

Hello,
We are having a very strange problem with our qmail + vpopmail
installation; I'm hoping someone on this list can enlighten me as to
the problem.
First of all, this is a production system which has been happily
working for over a year. Authed POP users of arbitrary domains are
added to
to handle that. There has been some work
on a vpopmail daemon (vpopmaild) with a php interface, that would delete a
user just as if you did it via the command-line utilities.
Thanks in advance.

Perhaps i could modify the source with that patch. Seems I need to
