[vchkpw] ~/vpopmail/tcp.smtp.cdb doesn't get created

Hello all, I did try checking out the archives before sending this mailbut the server seems to be offlinehttp://bluedot.net/mail/archive/list.php?f=2 I have an issue where in /home/vpopmail/etc/open-smtp gets created but ~/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb doesn't get created at all. The
