This is really a qmail question, but I wanted to see if maybe it someone else has seen a similar problem. All of a sudden our mail server started rejecting all mail with 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1).
Upon investigation, it turns out that the rcpthosts file is nothing but garbage. Restoring the file with a good text copy fixed it nice and quickly, but why/how it has happened is a bit of mystery. We did add some extra domains on today, but we havnt touched the software on the server for a few weeks now. Anyone have any idea's, im using vpopmail-5.4.3. cheers Shane
