[vchkpw] Frontend to configure POP3 fetching?

Hi,

so far my users can configure their own accounts (qmailadmin) and passwords,
but they cannot have my server fetch mail from providers that don't allow
forwarding. Many want this, especially users who are unsatisfied with their
current provider (e.g. T-Online, Hotmail, Yahoo).

I am looking for a web frontend, that can authenticate against vpopmail
users, and allows users to specify POP3 servers and logins, and will fetch 
(or call fetchmail/getmail/gotmail/fetchyahoo/... in the background) for
the specified accounts, and sort mail into the right vpopmail boxes.

Has anybody ever done this? A quick Google search was not successful and
also FM doesn't show anything promising.

Squirrelmail can do this. I don't remember if it's native or if it requires
a third-party plugin or not.
