To sum up the targets as per the article, the possibly affected are:
Any email filtering, virus checking, and content checking mechanism that
is unable to assemble a fragmented email to its complete form.

So, I guess the question is this:  does a solution like
qmail/vpopmail/qmail-scanner assemble the email before it drops it into
the virtual user's mailbox?  Seems like it *would* but I haven't looked
much into it.  

Look out for micro-spam...coming at us in small bits ;)
