I don't know. But it doesn't really matter, as even if it would detect
the loop you created the incoming mail would be bounced and signal an
'error' and 'non-delivery' to sender, which ain't the case.
Make the dot-qmail files as follows:

test.tst/f1/.qmail:
/var/vpopmail/domains/Y/test.tst/f1/Maildir/
/var/vpopmail/domains/Y/test.tst/f2/Maildir/

test.tst/f2/.qmail:
/var/vpopmail/domains/Y/test.tst/f2/Maildir/
/var/vpopmail/domains/Y/test.tst/f1/Maildir/

And both account should receive mails crossing each other, both should
have all mails directed to one of them.
The only exception is an alias

test.tst/.qmail-alias

which stores directly in one of both maildirs. This 'leak' is
preventable by adding the second maildir into this alias too.
