[vchkpw] ezmlm + vpopmail + qmailadmin

2008-04-18 Thread D. Hilbig

Quick questions:

Which version of ezmlm should I be using? ezmlm 0.53, ezmlm-idx 0.44,
ezmlm-idx 5.1.2, or something else?

Does ezmlm need to be installed before either vpopmail or qmailadmin? I.E.
Do I need to recompile/reinstall either after ezmlm?

Thx.

RE: [vchkpw] ezmlm+vpopmail

2002-12-02 Thread Brad Dameron
This is a problem with vpopmail. Get the latest at http://www.shupp.org and
set --enable-qmail-ext=n during the configure.
The previous version's of vpopmail didn't handle the qmail extensions
correctly. So [EMAIL PROTECTED] wouldn't be forwarded to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with subscribe as the additional parameter.

email? is possible to change it?

put "away.it-ciumilatu" into the file
home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/mylist/inlocal (replace the current
contents) and see if your problem goes away. ezmlm seems to have problems
with virtual domains sometimes.

Does anyone know _why_ this happens?

Please give us the real domain and list name. Show us the output of
cat home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/mylist/inlocal

Yes, I've seen it happen. Most probably you will have to prepend the
"prepend" part for this domain from control/virtuals to the file
home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/mylist/inlocal

But I don't really know why this happens, and even less why it only
happens sometimes.

[vchkpw] ezmlm+vpopmail

2002-12-01 Thread me
Hi, I have qmail and now I would like to have ezmlm.
I read Install notes for ezmlm and after installation I make my list by the
commmad

ezmlm-make /home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/mylist \
/home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/.qmail-mylist \
mylist \
mydomain

chown -R vpopmail.vchkpw mydomain/
chown vpopmail.vchkpw .qmail-mylist*

But if I send email at mylist-subscribe@mydomain or mylist-help@mydomain I get
this error:
ezmlm-manage:_fatal:_I_do_not_accept_messages_at_this_address_(#5.1.1)/

Any idea about?
