I have created a wiki on SourceForge for the vpopmail version 6 project.
I have copied much of the email discussion from this and the
vpopmail-devel list into the wiki, and done a little cleanup. Lots more
needs to be done.

I suggest work on the api documentation, and the changes list happen on
the vpopmail-devel list, and once a consensus is reached recording the
result in the wiki.
