Well, I've finally started working on the vpopmail quota issues directly within 
the vpopmail source
instead of on external sources :)  Currently nothing is using the API, but that 
will change with my
next addition to the repository where I add support for it into the existing 
quota functions.

If you don't remember, the client code will be *in addition* to the existing 
quota code.  If a query
is not successful with the usage daemon, it will fall back to the existing 
code.  This means if any
issues crop up, turning off the usage daemon will return the system back to 
it's original state.

For those interested in seeing vpopmail using configuration files instead of 
ifdefs everywhere, the
client API includes some configuration parsing code.

I've also added in a fix for compiling in the backfill patch.
