 Yes, it should be. I've installed MySQL via rpm and have no 
 problems running vpopmail. I have the following packages installed...
 
 MySQL
 MySQL-client
 MySQL-shared
 MySQL-devel
 
 ...and it's running without issue.

Yes, it should be. I've installed MySQL via rpm and have no problems running
vpopmail. I have the following packages installed...

MySQL
MySQL-client
MySQL-shared
MySQL-devel

...and it's running without issue.
