no i think no. I didn't find it in unstable. But if you have pear
(php-pear package) install, you can install it with pear install
Net_Vpopmaild (if fails, download package from pear and pear install
downloaded_package

Also you'll need your /var/qmail/control dir as well, as it houses
rcpthosts, virtualdomains, and other required files.
