Hi Mario,
as you're using the "easy" patch (that was written for the Bill
Shupp's MegaPatch), you should run it differently from the way you're
running it now.
As written in

for the "Easy" version:
"Easy way" qmail-smtpd-chkusr must be installed normally
(-r-xr-xr-x) and
