In other words, I want to forwad email into an other account, but

Install QmailAdmin <http://qmailadmin.sf.net/> and it will provide a
web interface for setting things like that up.
To do it manually, add a .qmail file to the user's directory with the
email address to forward to on the first line, and the path to their
Maildir on the second.
