In vpgsql.h there are a couple of lines that need editing: #define DB "NAME_OF_YOUR_DATABASE" #define PG_CONNECT "host=YOUR_DB_HOST_NAME user=YOUR_DB_USERNAME password=YOUR_PASSWORD dbname=" DB Although I don't think host is in there as a default.
