Great question. Perhaps Aaron can comment on their status. I
wouldn't want to delay work in progress but it would be great to move
the code here and folks can start getting their hands dirty on vetting
the IP and see the packaging process in action.

I know the current VCL development team are finishing and packaging
the 2.0 code as quickly as they can. Do those folks who have the code
have a plan for which user was going to transfer the svn and when?
