I see that Henry has sent in his ICLA.

However, he was not listed in the original proposal and this is the

Since the proposal was the document that was voted on it would be
inappropriate for us to add new people based on that. At this time I
recommend that we get cracking on getting the code in and That Henry
dig in through patches and other efforts. I'm confident that his
contributions will be evident and that he will earn commit quickly
based on his contributions.
