I created a JIRA issue (VCL-338) to make sure this is added.  It really 
highlights a bug in the web frontend that even allows you to delete the 
vmprofile when it is in use.  Having the foreign key constraint would help 
ensure it didn't happen even if the bug in the frontend allowed you to try.
