In the UNC and NC Community College System there are several universities and colleges that use the VCL instance managed by NCSU. These fields allow each site to provide customized email help address and url addresses for their users. This information is used in the email notifications that are sent to the end-users.
For example: NCSU: sitewwwaddress= vcl.ncsu.edu helpaddress=vcl_h...@ncsu.edu ECU: sitewwwaddress= vcl.ecu.edu helpaddress=vcl_h...@ecu.edu and so on.
