I had to install Cygwin 1.5.x in order to get it working. The latest version
of cygwin does not play too well with VCL.

It looks like you're close. DHCP on the private host-only network isn't
working. The VM that VCL created was assigned the correct MAC addresses:

Oh I see, I guess I have a different problem with the same output because I
have been using 1.5.x (the legacy-setup.exe).
