Summary: vdeterm doesn't reset terminal on error

Initial Comment:
Hi,

this bug appears to go back awhile (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vde2/+bug/804647), whoever I just
confirmed with latest svn checkout that simply typing 'vdeterm' leaves my
terminal in a bad state. The problem actually appears to be that it resets it
when it doesn't need to. The attached patch could be totally wrong but seems
to fix it for me.

Message:
The patch just added on svn should solve the problem both in mainstream
code and in rd235 branch.

Sorry I don't have my sf login info. If you wish to follo wup with me,
please feel free to do so either at the launchpad bug link in the bug
Details, or at serge dot hallyn at ubuntu dot com.

Note I typed too fast when posting the patch, the moved 'termset = 1'
should come after the tcsetattr a few lines later, not after the tcgetattr
where I put it.
