i have the same problem
vdr-1.7.14
xine-lib-1.2 (cvs, patched with last VDPAU patches)
xineliboutput (last from cvs)
i'm using vdpau
it happen only on hd channels, mostly on complex frame (snow, fire, an
very fast actions), seems not related to high HD transfer.
CPU usage is very low.
