[vdr] ATSC Card (Air2PC) can't get scan

Hi there, I picked up a Skystar2 Air2Pc card.  I've tried to scan for channels with it (Rogers Cable in Canada) with no success using the dvbapps atscscan tool. I seem to just get alot of timeouts.  I'm not sure how to get a scan of available channels from this card.  I've tried using a list
