sorry, with the menuorg plugin, you can´t organize channels. It is
only for creating Sub-Menus and drop in the Plugin and System
Menuitems in it.
For organize your channels.conf you can use a channel-editor programm.

Or you use the good autosort plugin, but the configuration is tricky

But, when you *need* the prefered channels in your MainMenu, your can
create a command menu item with menuorg like this:
command name=MyChannel execute=svdrpsend -d 127.0.0.1 chan 123/
But i think, this is not what you mean?!
