The events from the DVB data stream have table ids in the range 0x4E..0x6F.
VDR only overwrites events if the new ID is not higher than the existing one.
In your case I suggest you use anything >= 0x70.

Assuming this is not a VPS recording, VDR will just assign the best matching
event to the timer.
