Hi Simon.
We'll look into this once we get a chance. It may very well be that file
input of iptv plugin is currently broken. File input was implemented
only as a testing/debugging feature of iptv plugin and thus it is not as

The FILE protocol was meant only for development phase. It has buffering
problems and you'll have to tweak the buffer size to avoid buffer under-
and overflows.
..and ofcourse it's the file delay parameter found in channels.conf and
not the buffer size as mentioned above.
