vdr: error while reading '/etc/vdr/channels.conf'
I have 5000 channels there.
Is there some way vdr can tell me what is the offending channel line?
Should be logged in your syslog file.

Hi,
In ubuntu you have to run
grep /var/log/syslog
and
grep /var/log/messages
Another way to monitor what happening in your system is to open separate
new terminal and run tail -f /var/log/syslog , and in the previuos
terminal start vdr with /etc/init.d/vdr restart. Now you can see what is
where else should I look?
Using ubuntu 8.10
