I looks like together with vdsm-4.14.0-44.gitb22e719.el6 yum wants to install
vdsm-python-cpopen-4.13.2-0.6.el6ev.x86_64.
When I yum searched for python-cpopen I only have
Add the epel6 repo to your yum.repos.d folder and install python-cpopen,
that should work for you.
