*Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst * *Location: Boston | MA | (F2F )* *Start Date: Immediate* *Duration:6 Months Contract* *Job Description:* Interview Process: phone, f2f| LOCALS OR F2F | • Drives the requirements management process across the software development lifecycle or content migration related needs • Evaluates simple and complex business requirements; performs process analysis of customer activities to determine alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities. Possibly re-defining business process based on out-of-the-box platform capabilities • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of complex business requirements • Resolves ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements. Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements. • Develops business client testing strategies, plans cases and conditions; tests and monitors testing efforts; reviews and approves new system behavior to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives • Coordinates upgrades and rollouts across multiple business units and regions including specific duties related to training of end users • Engages and partners with 3rd party vendors, internal development, and other parties as needed • Leads problem resolution as needed to ensure that internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies • Performs related duties as assigned or requested. · 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst in a related field of technology and business · Sound knowledge of CRM fundamentals and technical concepts (including Sales, Service, Marketing etc.); Experience with tool/platform configurations (e.g. security/sharing, object creation and definition, workflow and validation, approval processes etc.). · Experience required with at least one or more of CRM solutions (SFDC, Dynamics, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM etc.). · Preferred experience with cloud CRM solutions · Required experience in complex, global deployments of CRM solutions (e.g. LATAM, APAC, Europe) · Must be able to work as a team with other business analysts, business team members and technical team. Candidates must have work experience in dealing with senior members of the business units that require excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint expertise · Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience · Generally a minimum of 10 years related experience. In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies. · In-depth knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies; in-depth understanding of global business and technology trends preferably in the insurance and financial services industry. · Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
