Job Title: Senior Oracle Cloud Customer Experience Architect (CX)(OR)Cloud Techno Functional Consultant – Certification is MUST Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 12 Months contract Client : Altimetrik Corporation Description: 10+ year of experience in the IT Industry. With 2 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud . Mix of experience across Oracle Service Cloud CX, Oracle Sales CloudCX, and/or Oracle CPQ Cloud CX For the Oracle Sales Cloud area, consultant must have experience indelivering its Incentive Compensation functionality. This person will be tasked to successfully create, position and deliver OracleSales Cloud CX solutions. Candidates should have participated on at least 4 full life cycle engagements with hands-on configuration experience of Oracle Sales Cloud with some exposure directly with theIncentive Compensation module. For the Oracle Service Cloud area, consultant will be configuring anddelivering Oracle Service (Right Now) Cloud functionality to enable B2B, B2B2C and B2C contact center agents and customer webportal/self-help. This candidate needs to have had hands-on experience for at least two full lifecycle contact center engagements. This individual needs to have functional knowledge of contact center industry’s best practices for case and omi-channel management. For the Oracle CPQ Cloud area, consultant will be configuring anddelivering Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) Cloud functionality to enable configuration and pricing of standard and engineered products. This individual needs to have experience with at least 2 delivery project life-cycles involving integration with CRM/SFA and Order Management systems (could be a full cloud or hybrid solution). Knowledge of multi-geo, multi-currency concepts preferred as well as experience working on a project in industrial manufacturing. Oracle SALES Cloud Implementation experience is a MUST. Rest two areasare good to have for this position; but a mix of skills is preferred. This person will be tasked to assist with delivering Oracle Cloud CX solutions to clients on Oracle implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications engagements.
