This is a contractor position to develop software for the Customer Experience Management and BIA Marketing Automation solutions. This position will work as a member of a team, but must be familiar with all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This person will assist in converting objectives and requirements in functional and detail designs, be responsible for major component development, and test and deploy the solution. This person must be able to work well with others and will have exposure to both business users and systems analysts. *Major Responsibilities:* • Extensive Knowledge of SOA based services and creating soap/rest based services. • Hands on experience with C#, data modelling and object oriented programming and design. • Experience with tools such as workflows, business rules engine and business process management. • Working experience with SQL Server and should be able to create stored procedure, T-SQL, PL-SQL. • Knowledge of MVC, Asp.Net and client side scripting technologies (JavaScript/JQuery) for web based solutions. • Knowledge of ETL. • Familiar with Windows Server 2008, 2012 • Application Development Life Cycle and be able to independently manage/participate in each components *Additional Information:* Typically requires 8+ years of in-depth business knowledge and system design. - Demonstration of strong leadership and consulting skills required - Advanced written and oral communication skills required - Working knowledge of data and data structures required - Ability to multi-task and react to changes in prioritization required - Banking knowledge, preferably branch or telephone banking preferred - Experience with Agile software development methodology preferred - Customer Service Experience a plus - Team Foundation Server and SQL database skills a plus Provide support services as designated by manager. These may include researching complex system related issues, managing updates/ releases, and managing internal/ user documentation.
