We have an urgent requirement as follows: *Role: Salesforce Developer with Lightning Experience * *Location: San Antonio, TX* *Duration: Long Term* *Exp: 8+ years* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce development using Apex/Visualforce. Lightning Experience is mandatory Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud building custom objects, approval processes and workflows; Salesforce APIs and 3rd party integration. Experience with iterative project and development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with IT resources. Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes. Experience from working in a global, multi-channel organization is required. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting and workflow capabilities/limitations. Able to set priorities, manage expectations, work as part of a team and independently. Must have effective professional verbal, written and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributor through senior management level. Effective time management, organization, and planning skills. Working knowledge of best practices around cloud solutions. Salesforce Force.com Developer Certification required.
