We have an urgent requirement as follows: *Role: Salesforce Developer with Lightning Experience * *Job Location: San Antonio, TX* *Duration: Longterm* *Exp: 8+ Years* *Responsibilities:* · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. · Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce development using Apex/Visualforce. · Lightning Experience is mandatory · Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud building custom objects, approval processes and workflows; Salesforce APIs and 3rd party integration. · Experience with iterative project and development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with IT resources. · Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes. · Experience from working in a global, multi-channel organization is required. · In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting and workflow capabilities/limitations. · Able to set priorities, manage expectations, work as part of a team and independently. · Must have effective professional verbal, written and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributor through senior management level. · Effective time management, organization, and planning skills. · Working knowledge of best practices around cloud solutions. · Salesforce Force.com Developer Certification required.
