Reasons were: - Lacked strong communication skills - Did not use JIRA to interact with Developers - Not strong enough with Automation Client name: confidential *Required* - Automation - Strong Communication skills - JIRA for Communication with Development - eCommerce is a big Plus - local candidate that must interview in person *Role:* - Analyze user stories and technical requirements for validity and technical soundness. - Define individual test cases, integrated end-to-end test scenarios, and validation criteria to provide requirements coverage. - Contribute to a library of reusable test plans, test cases, and test scripts for future projects/enhancements. - Assist Engineers with testing/debugging applications (including unit, functional, integrated, regression, automated, performance, etc., testing). - Effectively communicate and collaborate with QA and Engineering teams. *Qualifications* - 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer - Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
