Have you enabled logging on the client and the Server backup up the client?
Enable debugging (InstallPath\NetBackup\Logs\bpbkar) as an example.
Is Exchange actually running correctly itself. Any specific errors when
using exchange or any problems reported on the Server itself?

It's a couple of hundred bucks, and is probably cheaper than printing out all

I'm running clustered master servers just as you describe, and according
to our Symantec rep, you do not need SSO licenses for your clustered
master servers. However, if those same drives are shared with other
media servers, then the answer becomes yes, you do need SSO licenses.
