My two cents in addition to Ed's procedure since you may have NICs (on master media) in both networks. - Make an entry in DNS for the IP of the NIC you're going to use for backups. Call it something like servername-nbu. - Put REQUIRED_INTERFACE = servername-nbu in the client's bp.conf. This way
