Running Netbackup 5.1mp4 on solaris 9.
I need to get some start scripts to check things before my backup runs
on a particular host. I was going to do this with
bpstart_notify.policyname to check the status of a log file. If
successfully then continue.

IIRC, one of the requirements is that the user running the win32 console
must be an administrative user on the machine on which the app is being
run.
