Hi Krishar, you need make a restore in a stage area using NetBackup and
make a new backup using TSM.

Do you need NetBackup 6.5.4 to do this correctly? It allows you to select
which copy to duplicate from, otherwise the duplicates are always made from the
initial backup copy.

My two cents in addition to Ed's procedure since you may have NICs (on
master media) in both networks.
- Make an entry in DNS for the IP of the NIC you're going to use for
backups. Call it something like servername-nbu.
- Put REQUIRED_INTERFACE = servername-nbu in the client's bp.conf. This way
Do your Oracle DB restore from Oracle (RMAN), not NetBackup.

I have 6.5.4 and it is copying from the correct storage unit, I just
have 2 media servers sharing a storage unit and I would like it to use
the shortest path from src to dst.
