We are a Netbackup 6.5.3 on Solaris 10 (master and media servers) shop. Frequently, we have errors dismounting tapes. /var/adm/messages says ACS status = 29 STATUS_DRIVE_IN_USE. The ACSLS (7.3.0) (SL8500) log reports 2009-11-08 08:59:03 DISMOUNT[0]: 971 N mt_action_dm.c 1 1272

The problem I see is the tape gets stuck in the drive, cannot be unloaded
