Hi Forum,
When i take backup of SYSTEM STATE/Shadow Copy Com of DOMAIN Controller
having W2K8 R2 system it gives me error code 71...but for other W2K8 R2 server
which are not DC SS backup happens without any problem.
Any suggestions/procedure how to take SS backup of DC with W2K8 R2.

Abhishek : Sorry, i didnt't mentioned the NBU version its 6.5.5
JH : Yes i have selected only SCC in backup selection.
But as mentioned its not happening for domain controller.

Yes, we were having issues while backing up MSEXCH. We got a eng. patch from
SYMANTEC which is applied on this setup. When MSEXCH backup were initiated it
use to terminate other backups both network and SAN based. Hence we got this
eng. patch applied..
