Well, what is in your Event Logs on the Server or Servers that get
rebooted?
More info will definetely be needed.
 
You ask what the issue could be - Im sorry but I do not know.
Your Windows Support Team may be able to assist. There could be many,
many factors.

You have a misconfigured or broken server.  Check the event logs and contact
Microsoft if you can't figure it out.  This is NOT a NetBackup problem.
