Are your DSSU's configured as disk pools ? That may be a step in the right
direction.

The way that I have come up with that is to create a second catch all policy.
In your case /home would be the backup selection list, in tandem with an
exclude list of the three entries that you have specified.

I don't claim to have a great methodology, but I approached this with a count
of how many tape drives are busy, at 15 minute intervals. This kind of gives
you the inverse - if you assume that if all the tapes were 100% writing tapes,
you'd have no more
