Agree with Bobby on this (sorry did not see the reply). I thought 5.1 was the fixed best version for Win2k3. Saying that, 4.5 may well have had and still does support win2k3 servers - but if you are running 6.0, then suggest you update to the latest client software if at all possible Mike ?

Logs will be purged with a STATUS 0 - anything higher will mean the logs remain. So you will need to try and identify what has happened or been skipped. Ideally, you should be doing a DB backup for the logs to be purged. Maybe you could try not doing Mailbox Backups (Brick level backups).
