There was a tape which was stuck in one of the drives, the tape was removed from the robot by hand and so i need to update the netbackup as NB still thinks that the tape is there in the Robot, but the tape is actually taken out and so need to loaded again, once the entry has been deleted, then tehtape can be loaded without issues. I cannot delete the tape from NB console as it gives an error: Cannot delete assigned volume (92). Is there any command i need to use so i can delete the tape from the ACSLS server. This command is your friend. /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/vmquery Use the -deassignbyid switch. Once you have it deassgined then delete it as you did initially.
