Upgrading is non destructive (unless previous version was uninstalled first) so the license key should still be in the master server config.
If it is UNIX based it would be located at: /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd # ./get_license_key Option F will list the Active License Keys and Option L will list all registered keys. On Windows there should be a command similar to this in the NetBackup directory.
