I did not see a reply to this question posted by Richard where I have the
W_OFFLINE condition for a resource. I can't clear the resource because VCS
says it is not faulted. Nor can I flush the service group.
I am running into the same problem and the only way I am solving this
currently i
Flushing can only clear "Waiting to go online" states.
As far as I know, nothing can clear "Waiting to go offline states"
except for actually achieving (and recognizing) the offline state, or as
Richard noted, stopping VCS ("hastop -all -force" is recommended) and
then restarting it.
