Well found the problem. The permissions for the directory(s) leading up to
the monitor script was 700 instead of 755.
As soon as that was changed, the monitor scripts got executed and the
service groups all came online.
hastatus -sum looks good now. Except:, the engine_A.log is getting clogge

You have to unencapsulate the mirror you brokeoff. Bsically disable veritas
init scripts on it and comment out veritas entries in /etc/system
