Our Solaris 8 server is running Veritas Storage Foundation 3.5-mp3. We have
the following vxdmpadm output ever since we configured the luns from
different arrays. All luns on c12 are in separate fabrics from same luns on
c13. The path supposed to fail over from primary to secondary and vice versa

Correct.
DRL is a recovery performance enhancement. It does not effect volume
level consistency
