Perhaps

cfgadm -al -o show_SCSI_LUN

see if there are any un-configured disk

then configure them

cfgadm -o configure .....

I have seen disks become un-configured if they are removed via powerpath
then when new disks are added you have to configure the disks with cfgadm.

Perhaps fcinfo remote-port -p wwn might give some clues too there an option
to list all the luns with that command '-s'? not logged in so I cant do a
man.
