I'm still getting this Waiting for transactions to finish message
just about every time I quit Versions.
Tips or a fix would be very welcome.

case. I see the apps I already have as such event though I got them before
the mac store was introduced.

If you renamed it in Finder, rename it again back to what it was and then
use Version's rename functionality. Versions doesn't have a detect rename
/ move feature yet, so you can't really do stuff like this through the
Finder.
