The machine hosting our SVN server started having BSODs so I setup a new one. Unfortunately, Version doesn't seem to support svn switch... Is that the case? Is that feature going to be supported soon? I'm ok using the command line but my users require the UI (that's why we're buying Versions

I think he's probably talking about something like `svn switch`, in which case no, Versions doesn't yet provide a quick way to do that. Creating multiple working copies is one way to go, but the idea behind svn switch is that SVN can modify/add/delete only the files that are different
